This class is court-mandated by many Family Courts for parents who are seeking a divorce, legal separation, or parents who are seeking to modify a prior divorce order which involves issues of child custody or visitation. It is also for parents seeking a declaration of paternity or a motion to modify a prior paternity order and who have in common at least one child aged 19 or under. The fee for this class is $50.00 for an online class or $60.00 for a virtual class in addition to a $2.00 credit card processing fee for online purchases.
